Delivery scope

  • Nationwide delivery, including all provinces from North to South.

  • Support for delivery to your doorstep, to remote areas – remote regions – islands (according to the capability of the delivery unit).

  • Orders in the inner city areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City will be prioritized for same-day delivery

Shipping fees

  • Free shipping nationwide for orders with high value or complete Starlink combo packages.

  • For small or individual accessory orders, the shipping fee will be calculated according to the delivery unit's ratevàadvance notice to customers.

  • Common shipping methods:

    • Fast delivery (GHN, GHTK, J&T, Viettel Post…)

    • Express delivery on demand (Grab/Lalamove/Express)

Goods delivery and receipt process

  1. Order confirmation: Staff calls to verify information and agree on the shipping method.

  2. Standard packaging: Starlink equipment is carefully packaged to ensure absolute safety during transportation.

  3. Delivery & payment: Delivery to the place in the form of:

    • Prepayment: Bank transfer.

    • Cash on delivery (COD): Applied according to the supported area.

  4. Inspection upon receipt: Customers have the right to open the box to check the equipment before payment (if the carrier allows).
