Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange products within 5 days from the date of receipt, if the product has technical defects, damage due to manufacturer error, or does not match the description.

  • The product must be intact, unused, and not affected by the customer (broken, scratched, missing accessories).

  • Purchase invoicehoặcorder code is mandatory when requesting an exchange.

Return Process

  1. Contact for exchange request:
    Customers need to contact us via hotline, email to notify about the product return request.

  2. Confirm information and check:
    After receiving the request from the customer, we will verify the product condition and order information.

    • If the product has a technical defect, we will proceed to check and repair it.

    • If the product is damaged during shipping or is the wrong product, we will proceed to exchange it for a new one.

  3. Pack and return the product:
    If the return request is accepted, please send the product back to our address, ensuring it is carefully packed.

  4. Process the return request:
    After receiving the returned product, we will process the request within 3-5 business days. You will receive a new product or a refund (if the product cannot be replaced).

Cases Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, damaged due to user error, dropped, water-damaged, or tampered with.

  • The product is past the return period (more than 5 days from the date of receipt).

  • Missing invoice or order code.

  • Product is no longer in its original condition, includingwarranty seal is torn, missing accessories.
