Exchange Conditions

Exchange products within 5 days from the date of receipt, if the product has technical defects, damage due to manufacturer error, or does not match the description.

The product must be intact, unused, and not affected by the customer (broken, scratched, missing accessories).

Purchase invoicehoặcorder code is mandatory when requesting an exchange.
Return Process

Contact for exchange request:
Customers need to contact us via hotline, email to notify about the product return request. -
Confirm information and check:
After receiving the request from the customer, we will verify the product condition and order information.-
If the product has a technical defect, we will proceed to check and repair it.

If the product is damaged during shipping or is the wrong product, we will proceed to exchange it for a new one.

Pack and return the product:
If the return request is accepted, please send the product back to our address, ensuring it is carefully packed. -
Process the return request:
After receiving the returned product, we will process the request within 3-5 business days. You will receive a new product or a refund (if the product cannot be replaced).
Cases Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

The product has been used, damaged due to user error, dropped, water-damaged, or tampered with.

The product is past the return period (more than 5 days from the date of receipt).

Missing invoice or order code.

Product is no longer in its original condition, includingwarranty seal is torn, missing accessories.
