We are committed to providing our customers with the best after-sales service when using Starlink Internet – a high-speed, stable, and convenient satellite internet solution. The warranty policy below applies to all Starlink devices and packages officially provided by us.

Warranty Period

  • Official Starlink devices are warranted for 12 months from the date the customer receives the device.

  • For customers renting devices, the warranty period will correspond to the service rental period.

  • The distributor may support warranty extension if there is an additional agreement in the contract.

Warranty Conditions

Starlink devices will be warranted if they meet the following conditions:

  • Still within the warranty period and have a clear serial number/purchase invoice.

  • Damage due to manufacturer's technical error, not due to external impact.

  • The device has not been disassembled or repaired by an unauthorized third party.

  • Not dropped, exploded, waterlogged, insect-infested, struck by lightning, or used contrary to technical instructions.

Cases not covered by warranty

  • Devices out of warranty period.

  • Damage due to incorrect voltage usage, improper installation, or unauthorized hardware intervention.

  • Affected by external forces, natural disasters, explosions, lightning strikes, or accidents beyond control.

  • No purchase invoice, no serial number to verify the origin of the device.

Starlink device warranty process

  1. Contact technical department via Hotline/Zalo: 0386.001.001 or 0974.051.444

  2. Send the device to the warranty center: Include invoice and specific error note.

  3. Inspection & processing: Within 3 – 7 working days, depending on the device condition.

  4. Notify results: Free replacement or repair if eligible for warranty.

Out-of-warranty support

For devices that are out of warranty or not eligible for warranty, we still support repair or replacement of genuine parts with reasonable costs. Ensure transparency, provide a quote before proceeding.
